Family and Child Research Laboratory


Family and Child Research Laboratory aims to scientifically examine healthy and pathological developmental processes during infancy and childhood. The lab focuses on social, emotional, and cognitive development in early childhood and preschool period. The lab hosts research in the areas of socio-emotional development in preschoolers, cultural differences in emotion expression and emotion regulation in early childhood, home and daycare chaos, working memory development between 24-36 months, and children’s language acquisition processes.
